The service department found an interior rearview mirror for my Mitsubishi 2006 eclipse for replacement. The job was done efficiently. They discovered that I had a screw embedded in the side wall of one of my tires. I authorize them to replace the tire; however, they did not have That or any other equivalent tire in stock. I had to return several days later for that job to be done, which was an inconvenience.

From Gabe, the Service Coordinator, to the shuttle driver, everyone was exceptional. The dealership is well maintained, well run, and they go the extra mile for you. I used to drive to Hurst from Garland to get my Tacoma serviced. That’s quite a drive and they do an excellent job there. But a couple of years ago I traded my Tacoma for a Venza at Toyota of Richardson. Terry Torbet was my salesman and is the best. Then I tried the service department again and have had nothing but 5 star service since. Beth Ann is my new service advisor but I think now you can trust anyone there. I prefer having my Toyota serviced at the dealer and I don’t think it costs any more than an independent shop and I know I have trained Toyota technicians working on my vehicle. Go here - you’ll be happy you did.

I really enjoyed doing business with this dealership they were very honest the price online that you see is what you get. What I mean by that is a lot of dealers will mark their prices down then have 3-5000$ worth of dealer adds that you don't know about till you are talking about pricing. These guys know what the real value add on a truck is bed liner and tint no one cares about the other junk. I would definitely recommend buying from these guys

I was glad to have Jose help me purchase my dream car. I was not rushed into any decision making because he gave me the space and time I needed to think what was best for me. And if I still had open questions, he was able to answer all them. He also worked with me with trading in my car by making sure we find the right price. After I purchased my car, he still helped me with my new car by finding a new windshield and helping me remove a part on the car I no longer needed. It was truly a great experience for me and I left leaving very happy.
