After visiting and speaking with multiple other dealerships in the DFW area, none of them showed me the right truck the way Five Star Ford did. Big shoutout to my salesperson Alex Ruiz — he genuinely listened to what I was looking for and put me on the right truck. No pushing me toward something just to make a sale, no trying to upsell me on things I didn't need, just an honest effort to find the truck that actually fit what I was looking for. A big thank you to Jackson Velasquez who was also great to work with throughout the process. As well as Jacob Freeman who helped make the deal happen. The whole experience was professional from start to finish. No weird feelings, no high-pressure tactics, no games. They respected what I wanted and worked with me to make it happen. My car buying experience was great. I accomplished what I set out to do which was buy a car and do so primarily over the phone so I was not subjected to normal dealerships tactics and spending 6 hours at the dealership going back and forth. The salesman (David M.) was fantastic and fought for me not against me. Super professional and attentive to my requests. With everything completed I got a phone call things were approved and ready and upon arrival I was in and out in less than one hour which was great. Highly recommend David and the staff.

A huge shoutout to my amazing saleswoman Laporsha she was patient, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. She made the whole process feel easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated. The finance managers, Drew and Azhar, were equally fantastic. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I got the best deal possible without any pressure or surprises. I had the opportunity to work with Drew at Audi Dallas last year and he continues to be equally as friendly, knowledgeable and overall great experience. During this transaction I worked more with Azhar, and he was equally amazing!
