Both Brandon and David were fantastic. However I am frustrated that when the obnoxious air freshener or cleaner smell dissipated after a few days the car started to smell of cigarettes. As a non-smoker that gets headaches with that smell I'm very disappointed and having to now get that smell out of the car I just bought.

Looking for a new or used vehicle? RUN, don't walk, to see Jake in sales for your new ride. I sent an email the evening prior specifying which vehicle I was interested in, and Jake called the next morning. I expressed my concern that the vehicle would sell before I was able to make it up to Rolla. He held onto the keys so any sales person would have to go through him before arranging a test drive of that particular vehicle, so he could notify me, which tickled me to death because I was really concerned this car could just sell before I had a chance to get up there that afternoon. The best thing about Jake? He isn't pushy, and he works well with folks that have those xxxxxxx personalities, like me. Jake took all my questions in stride, was knowledgeable, and a down right pleasure to deal with. Now the GM, Chad... he's like that best buddy you had 15 years ago that you've not seen in ten years and makes a mean grilled ham and cheese. Is it part of the sales gimmick, you're thinking? I don't think so, I believe it is truly genuine. We had a miscommunication with the bank that left us agitated, unsure where the error occurred; Chad was transparent and handled the problem efficiently and smoothly. My husband and I left there incredibly impressed with the entire team and excited to purchase our next pickup with them... which says a lot because the last two dealers we dealt with, I was ready to rip their heads off - and I'll never do business with them again, but Sakelaris will have our loyalty, as long as these three remain in the fold. Finance overall can be pretty boring, BUT Regina kept pleasurable conversations during the entire exchange, we could have chatted all afternoon. She is also a retired volunteer firefighter, so if you see her, thank her for years of service!

THIS PLACE IS A TOTALLY SCAM. I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW 2022 KIA SELTOS PUT MORE MILES ON IT FOR THE TEST DRIVE. AFTER PURCHASE IT ALMOST IMMEDIATELY HAD PROBLEMS. All the warning lights would randomly come on and not go off. When I called the service department about it, they said it's not " throwing any codes" we don't know what the problem is. What??? It took the car freezing up on the highway when one of the warning lights caused my car to shut down and my husband losing his xxxx on the service department for them to figure out the problem was and fix it. Called them today because I noticed the foam tape seeping up from in between the window and the dash. Telling them I needed them to fix it because they were the only ones to remove the dash. They told me they didn't know what the problem was and it might not be covered by my warranty. What??? They removed my dash, they didn't do the job right the first time and replace the foam tape correctly!!! Now they want to charge me for their incompetence. Run far and fast do not go here!!!

He was wonderful, respectful, and never made me feel like I was being pushed to by. He got me in the vehicle I wanted and at the price I wanted. This was days after I was told I’d need thousands down to get to the payment I wanted. Justin also worked very hard to get me where I needed to be. He was just a wonderful and respectful as Thomas. It’s the best car buying experience I’ve had.

My brother purchased a used vehicle from AutoCenters Nissan in Herculaneum, Missouri approximately 5 months ago. At the time of sale, he was explicitly told by dealership staff that the vehicle had no prior damage or body work. This assurance was a key factor in his decision to purchase the vehicle. Recently, he noticed the front bumper pops out while driving at highway speeds. Concerned, he took the car to a certified Kia dealership for inspection. Their technicians informed him that they would not repair the bumper under warranty because there is evidence of previous body work—work that he never authorized or had done. When he returned to AutoCenters Nissan to inform them of this and request that they cover the cost to fix the bumper, they refused to take responsibility, stating it is no longer their problem. This is despite the fact that he was sold the vehicle under the representation that it had no body damage or repairs.
