After months of looking for a mid size truck I called Costco who referred me to Sunrise Chevrolet. It was a little far from me but definelty worth the extra miles. I was greeted by Don and I text drove the 3 trucks I had picked out! I am beyond happy with my choice and the top rate service given to me by Sunrise Chevrolet. I decided on an extra accessory and when I arrived to pick up my truck it sat sparkling in the show room waiting for me to drive off with it!

The salesman Kameron was solid and not pushy. The SM Glen was easy to work with reviewing numbers. The transparency with the numbers and the salesman tactics peek out here. Finance was quick to navigate. Owen in service is beyond friendly and pleasant. Jeff in service could use a course on how to communicate with customers. He’s condescending when communicating with not even a hint of real or fake give a xxxx — I will handle my service at another Advange location.

Do not use this dealership. I’d give it no stars if I could. I had a contract with them and they are charging me more each month. The first month was correct but the months after we higher than it states in the contract. Also, the car is a 2025 Equinox and it constantly has red flashing lights, warning of tire pressure and other things wrong. The engine light has gone on the three time in the first six months and the car was brand new when I received it. Not worth the money or the hassle!

I dropped my car off in the am was ready when I got off. Todd was helpful & very knowledgeable about the maintenance I needed in the near future. The only downside is my tires were rotated, & the dashboard is reading that the tire pressure is missing so I’m not aware of the psi. So I need to google and figure out how to reset the psi notification. Just wished it was reset before I arrived for pickup. No other problems otherwise.

I’m not sure if they ever actually had the car in stock, but they lead me around the whole facility trying to get me to buy a different car. “I think it’s here. Hey, check out that Lamborghini!” To make it worse, I was texting with the staff all week about the car under the guise that they actually had the car. Then, after all the walking around the property looking for the car, having the sales guy playing dumb, we get back to the sales floor, they tell me the car isn’t there (after texting me about the car all week and making an actual appointment to look at the car). And then all they did was try to sell me a Toyota. These people strung me along. Absolutely not buying from them.
