Wanted to trade in my 2017 CX5, a great vehicle and get a new CX5 as it was the last year of this exact body style.Got an internet price,and then into dealership to drive and see exact vehicle. Met with Andre the manager and Randy salesman. The owner was on site Steve Napleton who greeted me also (Nice touch owner that cares enough to meet potential customers)! Drove the CX5 2025 model comparable to mine,but then was told about the "premium plus," CX5 with many more standard options. They had a couple in stock but not the exact color and options I wanted, so they located it and brought it to the dealership for me to see and test drive. The vehicle has so much to offer, hands down the absolute best value for the money, plus it is made in Japan and the quality shows. Now for the part many hate the pricing. This dealership held to the original price,no games in the finance department (sorry forgot mans name), no dishonesty the brutal truth as many say,about the deal, If your looking for a dealer that does not play games and is direct with a great deal look no further than Napleton Mazda in Countryside. P.S had to go back to bring the "extra key" for my trade in a couple of days later met the manager Skylar who also was very informative to talk to! This dealership from beginning to end of deal was professional,honest and customer first focused!

1st time @ Castle Mazda Downers Grove - got a Warranty - agregorich

1st time @ Castle Mazda Downers Grove - got a Warranty Safety Recall Repair Notice 7425E Traction / Stability Light may fail to light. Got this Notice in October but wanted to wait for the Technicians to get used to doing this work. Talked to Mike McWilliams the Service Manager to order the new DSC module & set up the repair date / time. Called to reschedule with Kyle Church & checked to see if part was in. Jake ( Jacob ) Vavra helped with the details - all great to talk with. My 2024 MX-5 Club needed this DSC recall warranty work. The Technician did a great job as it took less than we thought ( 2 Hours ) . To bleed the brakes / replace the DSC / recalibrate the DSC along with all the sensors for this module. Wish I could have met him !

Was in the process of looking for a new car and Mazda stumbled into my algorithm. Took a look and of the other brands I decided on a Mazda3 Carbon. Tough car to find on lot but lucked out and after going through the approval and before picking my deal looked and saw the vehicle was at a sister dealership. Sent a message if vehicle can be brought down. Next day receive call text and email from Cynthia(she’s a sweetheart) that the car I looked at was still in transit…but they received the same vehicle from a different dealer that’s not on the site would I be interested. I told them absolutely if you can get it to Naperville. Next day car is in process of being moved and since I had previously shown interest they asked if I wanted to place deposit. During this time I had 2 other deals in limbo one with the competitor dealership they actually received the car from and my local Mazda. Both kinda didn’t want to deal on a car in transit and just asked if I wanted to deposit to hold the car then deal. I called Cynthia back and verified a few details and time frames she sent those to the manager Brittany(another sweetheart) got all the details hammered out without wasting time standing in the dealership. Sales pack handed off to Adam who reached out to confirm when I’d come in. Showed up and for the most part deal was done. Aside from the 1 1/2 hours before signing. They stood by the numbers and because of that everyone that played apart in the purchase from Cynthia to Brittany, Adam to Tonie and Anthony were all solid. Sometimes doing the lifting makes their job easier which makes it more an enjoyable experience. Much appreciated.
