Alex was very patient with me even when he had to move lots of cars around the lot for me to test drive a few while making up my mind. Once I decided, I was in and out with buying my used 2023 vehicle from them. I had a few unforseen issues with the vehicle and Victor always handled it immediately, going above and beyond for me. He could've easily said "Nope, you already signed on the dotted line, it's your issue now" but he never did that..He handled it swiftly and kept his word. It's hard to find people of integrity, especially in the car slaes business, so I'm glad I chose Kia of Berwyn to do business with. Because of my experience I have a few people close toe who says they will buy their next car from them. Thanks guys!

My 2021 Versa had a recall on the ECM. It took 1.5 hours to complete the Recall service. Zeigler Nissan covered the cost with their relationship with Nissan. I waited in their waiting area. It was an open area in the centerof the car showroom. It was comfortable. It had piped in music and a tv. I made myself comfortable and played online cell phone games to pass the time. The whole experience was pleasent and functional. I have had other services with Zeigler Nissan in the past and will continue with them for the next few years.
