I went with a friend to purchase a new Toyota Rav 4 and had great service with jeff. Then a year later my friend traded the Rav 4 for a pickup truck with Jeff as the salesman and again we got great service. When I took my 2017 there for a possible trade in, I dealt with Jeff then also along with Matt from the service department and they helped with all that I needed on my car. Normally I do not do reviews online but this time I felt these gentlemen deserve to have things noted for others to see. When I do trade my car in it will be these men that I deal with as they explain things straight forward in simple (non-sales) language and take the time to make sure all your questions are answered and no pressure with anything. I found my used Honda Accord at Billion Auto. I had looked around Sioux Falls and over in Luverne. I am happy with the one I found at Billion. My salesguy was helpful and nice. Usually I don't want to talk to anyone until I find what I want but he was in the lot when I was looking so I started talking to him. He answered my questions and I bought my car about a week later.

This dealership had the best service. I worked with Andy the salesman over the phone and was able to come to an agreed price that we were both comfortable with and when I got to the dealer the vehicle was ready to test drive right when I got there at 8 am. I was in and out of the dealership within an hour and a half. Easiest, best car buying experience.

I bought a 2006 Honda Pilot, admittedly I was pretty rushed when I was buying it. The next day I noticed a puddle under the car. I messaged the salesman and called service and they wouldn't do anything for my. The car was under $5000 ($4990) so I took it as it was. The part that gets me the most is that the carfax said that they cleaned the engine and did an oil change too. Didn't notice the power steering pressure hose leak, rack and pinion leak, or engine leak. Incompetent or ignorant? or both? Never buying a car from them ever again. Jim McGraw

We were promised a New Chevy Truck from a Sioux Falls dealer, when we drove all the way to the dealership they had changed the deal, on the way home we stopped at Dell Rapids Chevy and delt with "Mac" he not only honored there price, but he treated us with the utmost respect, adn we never felt pressured at all. He made us feel comfortible and is a saleman that I will recommend to anyone who asks. Great dealership, and a great person who works for them.
