He came and did ask about my bad reviews with service. But he stayed calm listed even when I was pissy. But he actually listened and got me coming back to have truck looked at. This kind of service I find very good. Wish everything was this nice. But thank u Steve and Angie. I will see u guys tomorrow and see where this goes.

When I arrived I met with Joey Lawley (sales). Joey was very patient and not in a rush to get me into just any vehicle. He was very personable and extremely knowledgeable with the vehicle I was buying. During test drive he answered all of my questions as well as providing additional info to help me learn all about vehicle. He also mentioned that if I have any questions/concerns to contact him. I had questions and he definitely came thru when I called. Landon financing was also very personable and answered all my questions. Customer service at this dealership is perfect example of how all dealerships should treat their customers from minute they walk in door. I would highly recommend Joey Lawley as your sales person!

Worst customer service ever bought newer used vehicle engine light came on a week later had wire issue they said spliced wires together not even asking for repair to be made gave my son a new buyer a bill for 700.00 so called talked to manager said nothing could be done on bill didn’t even have 2 weeks and bought a extended warranty which they said doesn’t cover also we just purchased a new 26 vehicle there 2 months before that so that’s where we brought our son to buy bad mistake very very arrogant people don’t care about there customers just to make a profit on something that should have been taken care of by dealership on a certified vehicle never going back and hope others don’t either

Took 5 calls to get in touch with the salesman. Found oil leaks, broken upper engine mount and later warped brake rotors on the used car. None of these items were listed on the data sheet. Salesman, manager and service manager argued that these were not really leak or broken parts. Would not talk about reducing the price. Lousy salesmanship. Would not recommend.
