He went the extra mile to work with our warranty and have the problem part covered. If I could give Apple Ford and Eric more than 5 stars because of this level of customer service, I would! More

Had an appointment to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Had a 0730 appointment and got there about 0710. Was meet my the service greeter and got in right away.
