Alex handled my newly discovered issue courteously, and even asked if I had time for the tech to check out a brand new recall. Nice job Alex! More

I’ve always tried to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but my recent experiences at Johnson Ford in New Richmond have been frustrating. After a routine oil change, my truck was brought back out doubt, but my recent experiences at Johnson Ford in New Richmond have been frustrating. After a routine oil change, my truck was brought back out with a small "scratch" on the driver’s side back door. The service manager did reach out to ask about the service before I submitted a review. I responded and did notify them about the "scratch", but I haven’t received any follow up from the service manager since I left the dealership. I have since buffed out the marks to the best of my ability. The "scratch" itself isn’t the end of the world, but when you invest nearly $80,000 into a vehicle and take pride in keeping it in great condition, it’s disappointing. This also isn’t the first incident I have had here. My last service visit resulted in excess oil on my leather seats, armrest and screen. With my past truck, it was the same thing as well. I hope the dealership takes this feedback seriously. A little more care and communication would go a long way in restoring confidence. More
A lot of miscommunication with customers and drivers/picking up vehicles for service. Also be sure to check your vehicle after service; big things were missed in our experience. As an apology; t drivers/picking up vehicles for service. Also be sure to check your vehicle after service; big things were missed in our experience. As an apology; the advisor apologized and laughed. Not funny for us. More
