They will always help find a resolution to issues that arise with your vehicle even when it may not be obvious and they handle the routine stuff with pride and excellence. I like the video report that I get after my service visits too! Thanks to Ellie, Russ, Jarrad, and everyone else working hard to make this such a positive experience.

We needed to replace our Yukon, which was purchased from Ron Williams, seven years ago. I had explained to Ron I didn't need a vehicle that large as our kids are getting older. He had recommended several different options and had me test drive several. They happened to have a corporate 2025 Buick Enclave Avenir which had not even been priced or entered into the system. I loved the vehicle immediately. Ron was able to give me a very good price and have the vehicle ready pick up in few days. This is the third vehicle we've purchased from Ron and Luther Hudson Chevrolet GMC. We have always been treated well there and trust Tim, Ron and the entire staff. Cannot say enough good things about the business and people working there.

My sales person was great. The financial person was accommodating and funny. The general manager was very understanding and very nice. Unfortunately, we had a bad part in our new truck and it is taking a while to get that new part in. I don’t believe this has much to do with the dealership Just General motors. The service department was good at securing a vehicle for us in the interim.

Misrepresented the condition of a used vehicle. - GrandSlambert

I purchased a used truck from them that was advertised as in "Excellent" condition. Since purchasing the truck in November I have spent $1,300 repairing leaks in the oil, coolant, and power steering systems. I had to entirely replace the high pressure lines that had obviously been leaking while on the lot. Now I have a $1,400 estimate to fix the air conditioning - a system I was told by the salesman was working even though it's obvious the system was leaking when they sold it to me. I have contacted the dealer with no resolution. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT purchase a used vehicle from this dealership unless they provide a warranty. I was not provided one and not given any option to buy an extended warranty. They knew this truck was in poor condition and lied about it to get it off the lot.

They failed to detect a failing transmission - Rocky

Bought a new GMC pickup which managed to have some drivetrain problems at 60K. Their Service dept did not find anything. Then just past the 70K warranty mark the transmission failed and had to be serviced by another dealer at full price.
