Brought car in for battery draw. Told service that my infotainment system was drawing power on my battery causing it to die after installing new battery I bought from Walser. I get the car back, and my infotainment touch screen is still doing the exact thing I complained about - registering phantom touches, unusable. Charged hundreds for 'diagnostics' when I told the service people the exact thing they marked on their invoice pdf. More

Austin was nice and mostly knowledgeable about the vehicle. We didn't encounter anyone else during our visit. I know he had to go talk to management a few times but we never saw anyone else. One thing I overheard at a different table were the clients being asked if they needed anything like coffee or soda, but we weren't asked that. The vehicle was great and ultimately that is what counts but spending that much money, I would have expected a full tank of gas. More

The whole sales team has been very helpful and accommodating. We had a unique situation because of our distance from the dealership but they have been fantastic trying to do what they can to make accommodating.
