Terrible. Went in for oil change on a new vehicle. Check engine light came on and had to take time off work to go back in. They Failed to put oil cap back on and the tech left his cell phone in the engine compartment. They didn’t offer to pick up my vehicle or give any refund. Won’t risk going back there for anything.

Sage was amazing, and so easy to work with. He helped me find a used Lincoln with specific features I was looking for. He followed through and kept in touch as soon as a Lincoln would come in, he would let me know via text with links to their site and even the Carfax reports on each car. It was so helpful and made the experience easy for me. On a very cold Saturday, we came to Rydell in Independence to look at 3 Lincoln SUVs - Sage had them lined up and running for us before we got there - so impressed with that level of thoughtfulness and customer care. We bought a Lincoln that day and I couldn't be happier - thank you to the service department for detailing the car and a quick fix on the console for us. Appreciate you so much Sage!

Worst customer service ever bought newer used vehicle engine light came on a week later had wire issue they said spliced wires together not even asking for repair to be made gave my son a new buyer a bill for 700.00 so called talked to manager said nothing could be done on bill didn’t even have 2 weeks and bought a extended warranty which they said doesn’t cover also we just purchased a new 26 vehicle there 2 months before that so that’s where we brought our son to buy bad mistake very very arrogant people don’t care about there customers just to make a profit on something that should have been taken care of by dealership on a certified vehicle never going back and hope others don’t either

We have had our vehicle serviced at portage ford/ Chrysler etc. This dealer seems to have scant records of this. The ram was in for extended warranty work and they were pathetic and never found the issue but charged for it. While attempting to get more warranty things and a possible repair they would not listen to us and kept saying that they had seen the unit only avfew times, no other records.bwe have ever receipt for over 4 years from them their record keeping seems sub standard. Their courtesy level and level of listening to us has been terrible at best. We will be ultimately using another Chrysler dealership for any further dealer dealings. These people have frustrated us and charged for things that were never fixed for the last time. We are very unhappy with this dealer. Just be aware if our terrible experiences.
