Great service, low price per hour compared to other places, but they didn't seem to realize that the CVT on a Patriot does indeed have two filters and not just one. The second is on top of the CVT behind the cooling plate. Gotta remove the battery tray to get to it.

Sat 8/23 traveling from CVG to Grand Haven; front Right wheel blowout on I96 @ 75MPH. Road service changed to spare (UGH!); drove @ <50mph last 130mi to Grand Haven (lived @lake for '77 - '85). Monday 8/25 to Muskegon MI AUDI. Met ZACH. Somebody from somewhere smiled on us. What a pleasure dealing with a young man possessing traits performing customer service the way it's taught but sadly more than not rarely experienced. I speak from 50 years of small to large corporate responsibility both U.S. and dealing with European, Asiatic and African personnel in similar companies. Zach quickly procured similar tires, correctly interchanged locations and mounted, checking for potential problems (wheel bearings, rim condition), keeping us informed of progress and promptly notified completion. Our visit/vacation could now continue unhindered. I know US AUDI (Virginia) keeps track of its various locations regarding business practices, including by visits (Have had various Audi experiences, as well as Porsche and GM/Ford due to cars owned and currently possess). I shall presume both Audi Muskegon as well as Audi US know how fortunate they are to have Zach presenting the "Audi" face to/with customers. IF NOT, THEY HAD BETTER LEARN RAPIDLY, lest competitive businesses grab him for their benefit!

After “working with” other dealerships that could not and did not try to help me trade in my vehicle and get something else, I went Berger by chance. After a couple of months dealing with other places and them only offering about half the value of my trade in; I met Carsen Deleeuw. He took great care of me and did better than I even hoped and faster. I stumbled upon them during the 28th street cruise and will now always go here for sales. 6-27-2024: I went in with our 2018 Kia Soul, for the ignition lock security upgrade. For this particular visit; our experience was 5 star. John Czarniak, the Service Advisor, "rolled out the red carpet", and treated us like family. Our car was done sooner than expected, and we were happy to have the security upgrade. While I was in the write up area, I noticed that the several mechanical techs working on the cars all seemed to be working hard to get the cars done, and out. Our service experience was great.

Purchased a car from out of state- had to fly in and the dealership arranged a car to pick me up and even had gloves waiting since it is colder here - very nice touch! Worked with Dave and Patty through phone/email/text and they were great to work with. Would give 5 stars but once I got here, none of the paperwork was ready that I was told would be ready and it took twice as long as I was told it would take. It was a cash purchase with no trade in so we shouldn’t have had to deal with financing paperwork at all - which I could understand if it took longer because of that, but it should have been a simple process. Because I still had a long drive ahead of me, this was very frustrating. Would recommend working with again, but would clarify all paperwork prior to coming to closing.
