It was unclear what was required ahead of time to qualify for Ford Financing. I told Will the day before we purchased the vehicle I wanted both of our names on the financing in order register the car in both names. I did receive a text from Will a couple hours prior to picking up the vehicle. informing me to remove the freeze from Experian. Unfortunately, I didn't see the text until we were at the dealership. I was able to remove the credit freeze. Only when we met with Blake, were we informed that Ford required my wife to have her credit freeze removed as well. She did not have the information with her to do that. The options were to leave and return on a different day when we had our credit freeze removed. Or put the financing in my name only for Ford approval and complete the sale. It was disappointing but we completed the financing in my name only. It would have been nice if we had the financial requirements prior to going to the dealership to complete the sale of the vehicle. If someone would have informed us that the credit freeze had to be removed from both credit accounts the day before we would have be done prior to going to pick up the car. The people were nice and good to deal with. I wish we were better prepared ahead of time. It would have gone better for everyone. This was a learning experience for us as well. Roger

I messaged for an estimate on my F150 and received a call, text and email within hours. I explained everything that needed to be and asked to look for anything else that might need to be taken care of in the next few months. They scheduled me on a Saturday for the inspection and gave me a no pressure list of what needed to be fixed and what they suggested to be added. It was a two day process and I was given a loaner. Very simple. Very professional. Everything I expect from a business.

The Dealership is fine. But we’re extremely disappointed with our 2018 Ford Explorer. The transmission failed just after our 100,000 mile warranty expired. The transmission repair was $3700, very expensive. The transmission should not be failing on a vehicle at 105,000 miles!!! We will not buy another ford! We are trading the vehicle off soon!!
