J.J. in the service dept. was kind, caring and very helpful during our breakdown on the road 150 miles from home. We were towed in right at closing time and everyone acted as if it was normal business hours, even though it was after 7pm. J.J. kept us in the loop the whole time as to what was happening with our repairs. We were even taken to a hotel until our car was fixed and they picked us up the next day, even loaded our luggage. So glad we were towed there. Even ended up buying a used car and storing our repaired car for a month until we returned from Florida. GREAT place for service and Buying. We had our SUV brought to Ben Davis after my husband hit a deer for repairs and they were very helpful and more communicative than the insurance was. The gentleman that was in charge of our SUV made sure to call and update us frequently and was even willing to work with us when we weren't sure if we were going to be able to have the funds to pay the deductible right away. He even told us that if we had future issues to come back.

I had an appointment with Doug at White Allen CHEVROLET as Capitol One referred me for a used car newer than the one I had. I found a Rav 4 Toyota as that was what I believed was the best vehicle. When I got to my appointment with Doug I found that I could not afford a newer Rav 4 but Doug found another car that I could afford and after a while of looking on the computer and working very hard, he found another car that I finally agreed on. If you want someone who will go the extra mile for you I recommend Doug and everyone including the manager were very nice. Especially on New Years Eve.
