We have always had a good experience but recently had an issue with our insurance, Endurance. The claim was not submitted by your office so I ended up paying the full amount, $1,751. After working with your gentlemen, they helped make it right. I did not expect them to write me a check but was okay with them doing work to cover my loss. The only complaint that I have is that I believe they should have worked with Endurance to get the exact amount they would have paid and then covered that amount in work done. I did not get an itemized bill nor an amount concerning the Endurance coverage. I have no idea how close they came to covering the error. I am very grateful for what they did, covering the cost of my last visit. It was not my intention to take advantage or get more than was owed to me. I am very grateful that they helped but it should not have been so difficult. To me the choices were clear, your mistake, your obligation to do right by the customer. I look forward to continuing to use your services and will be sure to remind the office that I have Endurance and all claims should be submitted prior to work being done. Again, I am grateful for your help and appreciate Lee working with me.
