Bought my car at another Ford dealership and used their service department once as I didn’t care for the attitude of intake personnel. Switch all my service to AutoNation and have had exemplary experience and service from when I first walk in the door till I exit with my car which has always been fixed the first time. Can’t say enough good things about the people employed by AutoNation, Amherst, Oh. Only downfall was not having a rental car availability and I have the Premium warranty from Ford that I paid for in good faith that this warranty would be honored.
