I appreciated that I asked her to check on a couple of different things and she did that Ford is a whole lot better now than the other owner was. I started going to Town & Country before y’all bought the dealership I guess for two or three oil changes I like it much at at Gallatin Ford we appreciate y’all it’s so funny when I walked in Jessica was on the phone. She said she would be with me in a few minutes. I think the general manager was there. He wanted to know if I wanted a cup of coffee I said, yeah that sounds good so I got my wife not a cup of coffee just go check me out. We went out on the patio and drank the coffee. It was so good I went back and got us another cup. Y’all keep up the good work thank you.

Excellent! It all started with interest in a used Mustang Mach E and it ended with a new Mach E, a free home charger with installation, and a lower payment then originally thought. My interest in the used Mach E started with fantastic communication via text messages and even though Taylor wasn't at work that day she still answered my texts had me come in and test drive a new one. This is when we met Jesse. Jesse will sell you a car but won't push you to do it. He gives you options and walks with you through the process. Anyone know a good attorney that will be good in a case against Champion Ford Service Center? They have had my car since October 1st of last year over a recall, an electrical issue with the radio and trunk latch. I have repeatedly been put off on how long it is taking to get my car back. I have called FORD Motor Company Complaints and they keep telling me that the Service Center says it will be ready at the start of the week, that's been twice now and 3 more months and my car still is not ready!! This is some of the worst service I have ever dealt with!!! I need someone to help me and tell me what my next steps should be now because they are also telling me that the issue with the transmission(TCM) has caused damage to the bands and it will be $3000 to fix it!

Placed trust in their Body Collision Shop from accident - Markerbryan

Placed trust in their Body Collision Shop from accident repairs of over $7000. Only to discover the new wheels they installed was damaged and leaking air. Photo below clearly show new wheels and no road damage and leaking air bubbles from wheel not tire. Was told would take over a week to get wheel and there are not paying for rental due to new faulty parts. Their manager from that department would not return my phone call and when I called back after said lunch time. He had his employees relay and would not take the call. Will be calling their GM Larry upon his return to office to see if he will accept my call and address this matter. If no response will move this further up the legal process.

Tyler was most helpful. Knowing what vehicles I wanted to test drive, Tyler quickly located them and facilitated the experience. He was very sensitive to my reactions as I drove each vehicle. Without pushing me towards either one, he shared his observations/insights about my test drive... so very helpful in helping me evaluate the pros and cons of each vehicle. I never felt rushed. I felt like Tyler was genuinely trying to fit a car to my needs an preferences. He was courteous, kind, and respectful. He was knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions. This was definitely a "no pressure" experience. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful.

Dropped my F150 off two separate times in a little over six weeks for service for a loss in motor power. The service department charged us almost a $1000 for the first visit. Said they could not replicate the problem so therefore there was no repair to do under there policy in the 2nd visit. Third dropoff was by tow truck and we were told the truck needs a new motor. Incompetent is the least of this. Oh, and the service manager said, he does not care what motor it is, it should not last more than 100,000 miles!!

The sales manager Dante needs some training. The language he uses is unprofessional. I haven’t heard that much foul language from one person ever in my life. In front of everyone in the showroom, including little kids. He got so angry at a customer he screamed get the blank out and got in this customer’s face and told him he was going to beat his blank. I don't know why he snapped like that, it that customer must have really pushed his buttons. It’s was a scary situation for sure. I wish I could have recorded that. I won’t be back to that place. Just felt low class and dirty the way they treat folks.

Wife called on a Tuesday to see if they can get her 2020 Expedition in for a service for AC. Service Department told my wife to come in at 7:30AM on Thursday and they would get the diagnostic done for her to see what was wrong with the AC. Wife shows up at the dealership & they asked her if she was dropping off the vehicle. She asked how long it would take to have the diagnostic done on the AC. Service person said it will be a week before they can even get the vehicle in to run the diagnostic test. We are will not be taking our vehicle to back to Greenwood Ford or buying anything from them if this is how service will be from them. Was told one thing on the phone and then a different thing in person. They didn't even offer a vehicle because they would have my wife's Expedition for a week before they could even look at the problem. Don't recommend taking or buying from Greenwood ever.
