To top this, I got a giant crack (7 inches) in my windshield just 5 days after buying my vehicle and they fully REIMBURSED ME for the cost of that repair I paid to Safelite in Ohio. Best car buying experience ever!! Hunny Beechum was wonderful to deal with. Negotiated the deal via phone and drove off with the car less than 24 hours after initial contact. They gave me a great deal on my trade and the monthly payment they quoted me over the phone was exactly what they said it would be at signing. This really was the best car buying experience I've ever had.

Terrible dealership, avoid at all costs. I have been waiting for 2 months for a shock absorber for my truck that should be covered under warranty. I filled out the review they sent me and the manager responded asking me for my contact information. I sent it and he never made any attempt to call me, been 3 weeks now. Looks like it is bad from the top down. I will never go back there I will make the drive to Columbia its a much better dealership. I bought my truck from Columbia because of how bad Beaman was. I thought maybe they could handle a shock absorber I guess I was wrong.

Traded our 2021 Gladiator for a 2024 Gladiator on Feb. 14th and still to this day, they have not paid off the trade and we have had to continue making payments on a vehicle we don't even have. When calling the dealership you can never speak with anyone in accounting, they never answer the phone and the V.M is full, which leaves us to speaking with one of the managers and even they can't reach accounting. This is our 2nd time to purchase from this dealership and will likely be our last. Horrible experience! One of the managers even got smart when I advised him we were still paying for a vehicle that we don't even have.

The technician is wonderful, but the communication with the service advisor or the Jeep Manager is extremely poor. My first experience with purchasing a John Jones vehicle and I can honestly say it will be by last.
