Austin answered all my questions and showed me a few vehicles to meet my requirements. There is no negotiating, it’s just the price they have listed. The vehicle I bought (2020 Ram 1500) had a clean carfax and they claimed had been certified through their maintenance shop. After the vehicles was delivered, the check engine light was on. I called Glenn (Austin) he said he would ask about it. I never got any response. I also asked about the cracked windshield, they claimed it was filled, this was not true. After I got a chance to inspect the truck a little more at home. I noticed the truck front end had been replaced. They lead me to believe the truck was in good shape and ready to drive and had not been in any accidents. The truck needs; windshield repaired, tires, check engine light code repaired, engine service is due, the fluid levels topped off. Seems like to me all this would have been done before putting it on the lot for sale!?!? After you sign your name at Glenn CDJR you are forgotten! I would not recommend this dealership for anything! My experience with the sales staff was positive, but my interaction with the sales manager was disappointing. After I decided to leave due to the pricing, the sales manager became confrontational rather th interaction with the sales manager was disappointing. Instead of respectfully discussing the numbers, he challenged me about why I came to the dealership in the first place and repeatedly argued that I must have liked the price or I wouldn’t have made the trip. I've never seen a sales MGR try to include 2 warranties on a deal & the one should've been listed online. As a customer, I expect a sales manager to remain professional and respectful, even when a deal doesn’t come together. There is a difference between negotiating and making a customer feel pressured or uncomfortable. Unfortunately, that interaction left a negative impression and nearly cost them the sale altogether. I ultimately purchased the vehicle only because my wife liked it, but the sales manager’s approach was not what I would expect from someone representing a dealership. I was also misinformed on the CPO warranty as I was told it covered the entire vehicle up to 100,000 miles, but then was asked to purchase an extended warranty because the other I was forced to pay for didn’t cover everything. I’ve probably purchased over a 100 vehicles for personal & business & this was most definitely the least favorite. If my wife wouldn’t have been there, I ?? would’ve never agreed to a deal just because of the MGR’s unprofessional attitude.
