Kyle Pace was once again my vehicle specialist and he treated me with professionalism and resprect. He understood what I wanted (RAV4) and went to work finding the exactly the right car for me. When I need another vehicle, I'll definitely be heading to Frankfort Toyota.

My experience with this dealership was seamless. I was able to purchase the vehicle we needed in the manner I like to buy. I was provided all of the information that I needed remotely so I could do my research (Compare reviews. Compare financing options, etc) so I could be confident with my purchase. When at the dealership, we were greeted by pleasant team members and the paperwork was all prepared. We were walked through the paperwork in a clear and organized manner so we knew exactly what we were buying and paying. I am not sure there in one thing that I could add to their process that would have improved the buying experience. I was very impressed by their process, professionism and the overall friendly of the team members.

I purchased a new K4 earlier in June from Kia Preston Highway and the overall experience was fantastic. I spent a couple of hours a week prior seeing and test-driving multiple models to familiarize myself with what Kia had to offer. Morgan patiently walked me through each model and answered all my questions. She was not pushy; she did not try to steer me in any direction. She let me figure out for myself what I ultimately wanted without resorting to any high-pressure sales tactics. When I made my decision and submitted a credit application, Alex got back with me quickly and made the arrangements for me to come in the next morning to sign all the paperwork. The process went smoothly; everybody was friendly and helpful. The finance department even worked to get me the best interest rate possible. I love the car and can honestly say that this was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. If you are interested in buying a Kia (and you really should), Kia Preston Highway will take very good care of you. Especially if you work with Alex and/or Morgan. I cannot recommend this dealership enough.

I have no complaints about these guys. Truly a great family owned car dealership. I brought my children with me because I could not find a sitter. They had a blast, the owners' children and mine played the entire time!
