I had a great experience at Gary Yeomans Ford Frankfort. The entire sales team was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured during the buying process. Their customer service was excellent from start to finish, and they truly made everything easy and stress-free. Their service department has also been fantastic to work with. They are honest about what your vehicle actually needs, communicate well, and their pricing is very reasonable compared to many other dealerships. It’s hard to find a dealership you can genuinely trust, but this team has definitely earned my business. Highly recommend! More

I know a lot of people are quick to go straight to the keyboard as soon as they have one bad experience somewhere that may or may not have been anyone’s fault in particular, along with only one side of th keyboard as soon as they have one bad experience somewhere that may or may not have been anyone’s fault in particular, along with only one side of the story coming from either party of the transaction. But I myself would like to actually say something positive that I experienced while going through the process of purchasing a car. I called in from Virginia on a specific car that Gary Yeomans Had and I was greeted immediately with a positive and very kind young man named Levi! He never pushed me to come in and answered all my questions without making me feel like he was just trying to sell me something. He showed concern for my questions and made me feel confident that I was making a great choice to buy the car. Remember I’m hundreds of miles away. But he treated me like I was right next door and have bought from them for years. We agreed on the price and when I got there I was treated with respect from everyone. None of them knew me but they treated me like they went to church with me on Sunday! Levi had the car and paperwork prepared ahead of time and made for an easy smooth transaction. So with that being said thank you to everyone at the Gary Yeomans Ford of Frankfort store for your kindness. P.S. my kids wouldn’t stop talking about the balloons and candy and snacks yall had. We are so ready to take our new explorer to New York and visit family and show it off. More
