Highly recommend working with this dealership. I called about a Corolla SE through Jake Sanders and Ryan Mortimer. I did financing with Creighton. Ryan worked the deal I wanted over the phone and ensured my business stayed local. They took a deposit and communicated with me throughout the transportation process. Ryan is a great asset to the dealership always staying in contact with me. Day of delivery, Jake took great care of me and quickly got my application and deal done that we agreed to; he had it gassed up and detailed.. He made sure I had a great experience throughout and made me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase. Creighton quickly got my paperwork done and I can’t be happier with the car and deal. Bought a truck yesterday and we did some horse trading where I wanted to keep the tires from my trade in. Got with Shelby Parker in the service department and told her I was on a tight schedule but I really wanted to get the tires changed out and not have to come back. Well, she got me in and out in no time, even thought the service department was doing their lunch schedule she stayed on it ! I really appreciated that, and look forward to working with her in future service appointments ! Thanks again Shelby !!!

I was looking for a 2024 white 4Runner. I found one at Tuscaloosa Toyota. I filled out form and immediately was contacted by David DeSantis, General Manager. He put me in contact with Michael Baltins. I was working with Michael from out of state. He was prompt in answering any questions or concerns I had. After purchasing the vehicle Michael and David both reached out to me to let me know they appreciated my business and if I had any questions. That is something that I have never had happen in purchasing a vehicle. Michael Baltins and the staff were very courteous and professional in dealing with.
