From my first phone call to having car delivered to my door. I found this the easiest experience in purchasing a car in my life. My sales person, reception, vehicle check in person, detailers were all friendly, no pressure, experienced and knowledgeable. I feel the only slight drawback was I had to call to check on status of timelines on delivery and financing paperwork being completed. It would have been better if I received a text or phone call keeping me up to date. I was given a ball park idea but a more precise time line would have allowed me to plan my days ahead. This was a minor issue. I would buy my vehicle and highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

I sent Victory an email and within the hour I received an email from Brad and within 30 minutes of that Savannah had called me to set up an appointment for the next morning. When I arrived Rick helped me get my paperwork started and before I knew it Paul had finished up programming my keys. Everyone was so polite and friendly. I will drive the extra few miles south to have my Vue worked on by a group of people that are more than happy to help you. I will absolutely be returning to Victory and will recommend them to everyone I know.

This establishment will accept your payment without hesitation. Two weeks ago, I purchased a truck from them, and within a week of using it for work, my check engine light illuminated, and I received an engine and reduced power notification. Despite purchasing a diesel vehicle, their emissions system is currently malfunctioning. I contacted the warranty company they recommended, but their response was unsatisfactory. They had a 1.6 rating on the Better Business Bureau. When I attempted to address the issue of my truck’s unusability after investing tens of thousands of dollars with them, they informed me that they would modify my warranty and then disconnected the call. A few days later, I received a call from a mechanic shop that collaborates with them. They agreed to fix the problem, but I would be responsible for the repair costs. They made no offer to rectify their shortcomings or provide any assistance. Their behavior was utterly indifferent and irresponsible, and I will never purchase a truck from them again. I strongly advise others to avoid buying from this establishment.

I was very impressed with the knowledge and patience of Tom Morgan who work to help us understand all the wonderful things about our new car.
