Picked up my new Honda about two weeks ago from HQ Honda. Discovered that my VIN on the dash was not readable due to, apparently, something had obscured it. Possibly something spilled when the car was being prepped. Dunno. Popped in to the service department yesterday and met with Carlos Sanchez. Mind you, I did not have an appointment and expected to be asked to make one and come back later. Carlos could not possibly have been more helpful and accommodating. He sorted out the issue while I waited. That kind of customer service will go a long way in keeping me as a happy customer.

Stranded on the side of the road with my husband and three kids, I was overwhelmed and emotional. We called six different repair shops, and every one of them told us they couldn’t see us for at least a week. Desperate, I found Kia Leesburg online and quickly scheduled an appointment. We arranged a tow through our insurance and took an Uber straight to the dealership. From the moment we arrived, Alan Woodyard in the service department made all the difference. Alan greeted us with genuine empathy and reassured us that we were not in this alone. He offered us snacks and drinks from the waiting area and even had books available to keep our kids occupied. Then he took it a step further—he arranged a shuttle to take us to a nearby mall so our children could eat and enjoy a movie, turning a stressful day into a more manageable one. Throughout the day, Alan kept in contact with us, providing timely updates and checking to make sure we were okay. He worked tirelessly to locate the parts needed and made sure his team got our car repaired that same day so we could safely continue our journey. We were at the dealership the entire day, but not once did we feel like just another transaction. Thanks to Alan and the incredible team at Kia Leesburg, we felt like family. Angel is quite possibly the worst dealer / owner you will ever encounter. A compulsive liar. I made the biggest mistake of my life in purchasing an exotic car from them. They said the car had been inspected and created bogus reports (fraud) and then would not return calls once the car shopped to me. Stay away or you will be sorry. There's no one worse.

Outstanding, professional and courteous service. Would highly recommend this dealership if you’re looking for a Genesis. We had a problem for 2 months with a previous dealership where we bought our car and they didn’t return calls, texts or emails and they could not resolve our issue. One visit to Genesis Central Florida and they solved our issue. The dealership is conveniently located near the turnpike, the ‘waiting room’ is an elegant lounge with snacks, coffee and soft drinks. But most important was their friendliness and great service and they were the only ones who could actually update our maps and get wireless Apple Car Play installed and working. We’ll return here anytime we need service or for a future new Genesis.

Drove 2 hrs to buy a car that they had listed ,the car wobbled very bad, they had to change 2 tires and made us wait 2 hrs to fix it , one would think it should have been fixed before be it was on the lot to sell . Then they handed over the keys to us and it had an empty gas tank and a non detailed or cleaned car, they actually laughed at us when we told them we wanted the tank full for all of the inconvenience..After waiting all of that time, they wouldn't even fill our tank up... Horrible customer service as far as I'm concerned!

Saturday, 01/26/13, I traded my 2000 Jeep, for your 2006 Jeep Commando,(which is nice), after purchasing this vehicle, I realized with the help of my credit union pulling up the NADA that I was overcharged and didn't get the full benefit for my trade in.Nada show for a 2006 Commando,12,125; rough trade,$7225, ave trade, $8325, clean trade,9225, so now I feel cheated, with this overall with everything should hv end with me being finance $16000, not me end of paying 23,000 or more. So my credit union want finance me because I was over charge. If they,'re not willing to finance my vehicle @ a low interest rate, what you think the bank or whoever you get to finance this vehicle I purchased? That 7percent rate that we did in the contract might end up being, higher & I lose again. I guess I should have done my homework with this company. I'm disappointed right now in this company & myself for not doing my homework.

They had an automatic email response that didn’t and any of my questions and no one ever called me as the email said they would.
