I had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Massey Cadillac. I live in Georgia, but made the trip to Orlando Florida as I saw a vehicle I was very interested in purchasing. My salesperson Ricky (Manager), & Jacob made the process very easy and handled the process fast and without a glitch. He was very informative about the vehicle and answered all my questions. The certified used car I bought apparently had an accident on its history and was still dented from the accident I have to blame myself also, but that's something that I believe they should disclose. But they got me. Hope they had a great laugh. But beware they will lie to you and hide things from you to get a sale

I went on a Thursday one hour before closing. I left the next Friday with my new Jetta GLI. Basically, with Orlando VW North’s help, I was able to purchase my preferred Jetta GLI, which was in Tampa, within 24 hours. Raul was extremely helpful in securing my Jetta - even going so far as to pick it up from Tampa early Friday morning - and negotiating a great deal with me. I absolutely love the way the car drives and I feel very comfortable in working with Orlando VW North moving forward. They have a great staff and inventory of both used and new cars. Thank you VW (and Raul!!) for all of your help!!

I went to many dealers around Orlando and my time was wasted at all of them except for Michael’s Auto. These guys go above and beyond and are very straight forward. No games no gimmicks. I had the pleasure of working with Rich with my vehicle purchase and he was excellent. These guys aren’t pushy, they don’t change things last minute, and they are professionals. As a USMC veteran I would advise all of my fellow service members to look into Michael’s auto for your next ride, they take care of vets. 10/10 service, my car is fantastic, and every car I saw on their lot is immaculate and priced to sell. I found my forever dealer thanks to Rich, can’t wait to buy again!

This dealership not only advertise VIP service; they deliver it! On Sunday July 20, 2025, I went for a scheduled service of my car. From the moment I arrived and met Adam, my service agent, it was absolute professionalism until I received my keys and left the dealership. Adam was not only focused on making sure that my car was receiving the service it needed but also making sure that I was comfortable as I waited for the car. I was delighted that the service was completed-sooner than I expected. Great service deserves my response, and I had to let Adam know that he was a valuable asset to his employer.

LOVE my service advisor Lyndon however after servicing our 2022 Lexus RX for the past 4 years at this location, not one record was reported to Carfax which HURT our trade-in value and resale despite doing exactly what was required of us every 5k/10k miles. Had to beg used car managers to review my service receipts but all the other Lexus dealers told us that if it's not on the Carfax, it does not exist to another prospective buyer as everything is online now. My question is, why aren't you reporting the service records your customers are paying for?
