Sometimes, it can be concerning to look for a used luxury or exotic vehicle when it is not being sold directly by the manufacturer. Walking onto the lot at Bayshore Automotive immediately removed my doubts and concerns. The lot was full of beautiful, well-detailed vehicles. The lot was immaculate, and the facilities were spotless. John K is a great communicator and made us feel right at home, immediately. After speaking with John about the vehicle and reviewing the CarFax and maintenance reports, we were sold. We paid for the car outright, and the process took minutes. Everything went smoothly and quickly. We will buy from Bayshore Automotive again when it's time to upgrade this recent purchase.

(Warning, long review, but this location is indescribable) If I could rate this dealership 100 stars, I would. My boyfriend and I have leased our last 3 vehicles from here. Everyone goes far above and to take care of you. This location is not the average snoody, competitive car salesman type vibe where they try to sell you anything right when you walk in the door. They take the time to get to know you and your needs. They have taken hours of their time to run numbers and other logistics in order to provide the best fit for both me and my boyfriend. Austin is by far, THE best salesperson and human i've had the pleasure of doing business with. The care he puts forth in making sure all your needs are met, not only in a vehicle but your time spent at the dealership as well. The professionalism, knowledge, kindness, and people skills are unparalelled. I highly recommend taking your business to Austin. I have had an incredible experience with everyone here, but have worked closely alongside Austin, Caleb, Geneva, and Tom. We wouldn't have gotten our cars had it not been for the help of Caleb and Geneva. We've been customers for so many years that we consider them good friends and will happily go out of our way to visit this location to get our cars serviced (we live 3 cities away from this location now). Unlike other dealerships, no one here takes advantage of you, preys on lack of knowledge about cars or finances, or talks down to you if you don't like their first car suggestion. Poor communication on when the vehicle was ready for delivery. I heard it was ready for 2 days snd both times the car was not ready. I wasted 3+ hours one day saying it would be ready and it was not ready until the next day and then I called an was told the car was ready and it was another 2 hours to get it ready to deliver the car. The registration was transferred to the new vehicle the first day and I had to drive home with a car that did not have valid registration. I asked that itNOT be done that way. The finance guy was way too pushy on trying to sell a bunch of extended warranties. He kept pushing the warranties until I tried to walk out.
