Live in Virginia very disappointed. Showed a truck on their site I'm interested in.Text to see if still available. Yes few more texting I'm on my way down the interstate. Text need a credit app OK I did that going to need a security half way there get a text truck is not at that location it's over a hour away but they can do the paperwork. Get last text oh truck is no longer available. Not happy with this place.I have brought 3 different vehicles from Modern in Winston and this happens. Done with Modern anything

Management on the service side operates unprofessionally, relaying on the "good old boy" system rather than holding individuals accountable for their actions. They prioritize protecting their own. Disappointing experience!!!
