Most of these 5 stare reviews are fake look at names me and my wife were treated like crap there said our vehicle was at the end of its life at 130,000 miles who needs a car that dies at 130,000 miles then and my wife were treated like crap there said our vehicle was at the end of its life at 130,000 miles who needs a car that dies at 130,000 miles then they tried to pressure sell us a car that was halfway dead according to what salesman said they are end of life at 130,000 miles the used car had 60,000 miles and they wanted 23,000 miles for it we needed headlights fixed car can’t be driven at night said both whole headlights needed to be replaced around 1,500 dollars to fix safety problem with our 2018 Nissan Altima cons at work then after ridiculous price for lights we were told our car needed 2,100 dollars worth of work done on it not counting headlights pressure ripoff More
Quick, to the point, friendly people and in & out with no hassle. I literally had all the information from the dealership that I needed to make the deal before I even went to the dealership. Dawn Haskins in the Internet Sales area was most helpful in pulling all of that together for me. Once I drove the 90 minutes to get there I was greeted the minute I set foot in the door by LL and he knew who I was already, so kudos there also. Alex Scronce in Sales was "in flight" already on the paperwork and it was more like "hanging out" and not like a painfully long car-buying experience. I traded two cars in the deal and Alex rode the 90 miles back home with me to pick up my second trade and immediately drove it back to Hickory. That is "above and beyond" and most appreciated. This was my 19th time trading-in for a new car and this one was WAY better and actually enjoyable versus every other time I have done this. I hope to be able to post another positive review of this dealership in the near future. Thanks guys!!! More
