We did purchase a vehicle here, and we are happy with that vehicle. It was just an average experience, hence the 3 stars, that had a few issues. We were there mid-afternoon and ended up leaving 2 hou that vehicle. It was just an average experience, hence the 3 stars, that had a few issues. We were there mid-afternoon and ended up leaving 2 hours after closing. We did stop in to drive one vehicle and switched to another after the first was not what we were looking for. This did add time to our day. But in the end, we did feel rushed to get back home after such a long day. We only received one key and no floor mats. It was a used car and both of these are on us for not following up after asking about a second key and not getting confirmation. We thought there were floor mats but were told we were mistaken. Again, on us in the end. These two issues added and extra $700 to the deal as this was out of our pocket on top of the purchase. We will look elsewhere next time, but we do love the vehicle! More

A one time repair ( clutch) had to be repaired at a Toyota dealership and their customer service was OK but I prefer Scott Clark Nissan for all maintenance and repairs when needed if possible.
