I had an amazing experience buying my new wonderful 2024 Subaru Crosstrek. My agent was Vik and he was outstanding from the beginning to the end. He kept me well informed, educated me about the car, answered all my questions and kept me in close contact with the financing of my car. I had a disappointing experience with the service department at Frederick Motor Co. Despite scheduling a 10 AM appointment for a recall repair, my vehicle didn’t enter the service bay until I inquired at 3 PM. I recommend checking your vehicle’s location on the FordPass app to ensure it’s being worked on. I had to rent a vehicle from Enterprise at my own expense, expecting same-day completion as promised, but the lack of communication and delays were frustrating. Even the next day, I received no updates from my service advisor and had to visit in person to get answers. This poor customer service has convinced me not to return. Improvements in communication and timeliness are needed.

We've owned over 22 vehicles in our lifetime. We are very satisfied with the lease of this car. We've had it about 19 months and we can not say enough positive about it. We are both 81 and just completed a 10 hour trip driving 601 miles. We do this about four times a year. Riding and driving in this car allows us to arrive fresh and reasonably rested. We love it and can not say enough positive about it. The gas mileage is terrific even at highway speeds. Its a very safe car! We've recommended it to our friends two of which have purchased their own too. Our church parking lot looks like a Subaru dealership!

Subject: General Manager of AutoNation Subaru Hunt Valley. Date: Sun, 18 Oct 2015 08:58:05 -0400 I put down a $250 deposit on a new Impreza 10/14/15. Your people sold it to someone else 10/17. You didn't finalize your financing package offer until 10/16. That same day 10/16 I pursued moving funds out of an IRA for a down payment of $6600. Told your salesman I would not write a check for $6600 that was not there in my checking account. That is illegal to begin with. Your sales manager demanded I take the deal Friday. What a way to do business. Electronic funds transfer was initiated Friday to be completed 10/19. I informed your salesman of the transfer completion Monday. I was also advised to pursue bank financing as a backup. That I did through Chesapeake Bank of Maryland. I don't do mobile banking and a transfer from an IRA cannot be transacted by phone. I was advised of sale of the vehicle after showing it to my wife and daughter. I acted in good faith but I don't find a similar response on your end. Mike is a great salesman demonstrating supreme professionalism. Mike said he would find another car. I can't believe this a standard practice when doing business with the public. I await your response.
