I purchased a 2022 Mustang GT in August 2025 from Koons Sterling Ford. The experience was Excellent! Rick Altunkaya was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I believe I got a great car at a great price. I recently took my Mustang in for service and met Service Advisor Adrian Castillo and Service Director Mike Daley. They were both friendly and very helpful. Adrian kept me well informed on the status of my vehicle. The service performed on my 2022 Mustang GT was OUTSTANDING!!! Curtis Ford & Cory Ford did a sensational job helping me. 1st Class service. The Best! I am leaving for a 12 hour drive and the light came on to get my oil changed. Without any hesitation, Curtis - Service Manager took me right in and made sure my car was in tip top shape before my road trip. They rotated my tires, checked the car totally and I drove away with a clean shiny car, new windshield wipers, new battery and feeling like the Most Important Person in the World. My Ford Taurus required a water pump replacement on the V6 Duratec engine. This is an extremely difficult job and I would highly recommend and trust Century Ford for any similar service you might require.

Today Nov 6,2025, had an appointment for 8:00am , came here, after 1h and 45min off waiting, they didn't even start checking my vehicle, I ended up scheduling another appointment with another ford dealership. Horrible customer service, choose another location, rude and disrespectful.

Was very impressed with the vehicle as displayed on the web and even put paperwork in sight unseen. It took an additional 4-1/2 hours to finalize everything. Upon arrival the vehicle was parked in front and ready for a test drive. While you would think knowing we were coming in that morning that they would prep the vehicle to showcase it in the best way, This was not the case. A layer of dust was all over the vehicle, making it difficult to walk and review the vehicle. While I understand that this is a used vehicle the passenger door was missing its lock actuator. (Dealer promised to order and install) The mirrors needed to be swapped out, because one didn’t work. The middle rear brake light was broken but operational. (Dealer promised to order and install) The rear door rubbed and made noise when opening, until I adjusted the door. The passenger windows glass is scratched, along with the trim. Again I understand it’s a used vehicle! The Carfax is clean but the front lights have scratches that are consistent with damage from an accident, which I am going to have to replace. There was no movement on the price and I left $600 on the table with my trade. While some will say that’s my fault you are correct. But the vehicle was not purchase ready. Which was disappointing. This is my 2nd used vehicle purchase and I should have done a better job reviewing the vehicle. I don’t regret the purchase. Just feel that with the items we have found after taking it home, that the price should have been adjusted to accommodate these out of pocket expenses.

If you have a choice and you care about service you should avoid Ourisman Lincoln in Alexandria. The first clue is that it is virtually impossible to speak to a real person. The phone system moves you around to nowhere until you give up. If you only need standard maintenance (and recalls are NOT standard maintenance but are frequent on our vehicle) you can get scheduled without speaking to a live person. Once you arrive you rarely get a service professional, you typically get an admin just taking the keys and checking you in; forget about any discussion on what is needed or what is done. When you do get a service professional, they try to be helpful, but my experience is that none of their workers have more than a few months of experience so good luck trying to link any repairs to previous visits. Despite numerous promises and good intent, the service in intolerable! This is with an $80k vehicle so not sure how to get their attention.
