Curtis Ford & Cory Ford did a sensational job helping me. 1st Class service. The Best! I am leaving for a 12 hour drive and the light came on to get my oil changed. Without any hesitation, Curtis - Service Manager took me right in and made sure my car was in tip top shape before my road trip. They rotated my tires, checked the car totally and I drove away with a clean shiny car, new windshield wipers, new battery and feeling like the Most Important Person in the World. Excellent Quality Service, The service I received was thorough and completely explained and provide in an extremely professional manner. My Ford Taurus required a water pump replacement on the V6 Duratec engine. This is an extremely difficult job and I would highly recommend and trust Century Ford for any similar service you might require.

I had a disappointing experience with the service department at Frederick Motor Co. Despite scheduling a 10 AM appointment for a recall repair, my vehicle didn’t enter the service bay until I inquired at 3 PM. I recommend checking your vehicle’s location on the FordPass app to ensure it’s being worked on. I had to rent a vehicle from Enterprise at my own expense, expecting same-day completion as promised, but the lack of communication and delays were frustrating. Even the next day, I received no updates from my service advisor and had to visit in person to get answers. This poor customer service has convinced me not to return. Improvements in communication and timeliness are needed.

I live in Sterling, Va, but was willing to drive to Leesburg for my service. I recently bought a new 2025 Mustang MachE at Jerry’s Ford, and the experience was amazing! I had a sense this may be the culture of this group here, and the service to my wife’s Ford EchoSport confirmed this. There is a Ford service center less than 2 miles from my home that both my wife and daughter had terrible service. The 10 mile drive to Jerry’s is worth it!

AVOID this shop. These guys don't know what they're doing and they are terrible at communicating. Specifically John Kernan IV. They had my truck in their shop on two occasions and couldn't figure out why the engine was leaking oil even after having it for almost 5 weeks altogether. They kept telling me to bring it back after 1000 miles for more diagnostics. They were clearly just lazy because I took it to another mechanic and they immediately found gasoline inside the spark plugs and recommended spark plug and fuel induction service, among other engine maintenance that seems to have been overlooked by Ford service techs. Save yourself the trouble and take your car elsewhere.
