I had an excellent experience working with Azaria Getachew in sales and Yafet Teferra in finance. From start to finish, they made the entire car-buying process easy, straightforward, and genuinely pleasant. Azaria negotiated fairly, never pressured me into anything, and was easy to work with throughout the process. I also had a trade-in, and they gave me the best value of anywhere I shopped — better than Carvana, CarMax, KBB, and another dealership. Yafet made the finance side just as easy. He knew his stuff, explained everything clearly, and there was none of the typical pressure to add products or services I didn’t want. What really stood out was how efficient the entire process was. Anyone who has bought a car knows how easily a dealership visit can turn into a four-hour ordeal. That wasn’t the case here. Even with a trade-in and financing to handle, everything moved quickly and smoothly. The dealership was about an hour away from me, but they had the best deal I found, priced below market, and it was absolutely worth the drive. Between the price, the trade-in value, and how well Azaria and Yafet treated me, it would be tough for me to buy a car anywhere else going forward. Highly recommend both Azaria Getachew and Yafet Teferra.

Service department is terrible. They will tell you something simple like replacing wipers will take an hour and three hours later you still don’t have your car back. Avoid it this place.
