My second review because I forgot to state that I would not have even given them 1 star but that was the minimum I could. So when the dealership is an average of 2.5 stars you have to realize that no one can rate them a zero. So 2.5 is actually terrible.

As a follow-up to my March 8, 2024 review: After having my car serviced at Fred Beans Jeep for new brakes and a water pump replacement, my car was returned to me with minor front end damage. After speaking to GM Jeffrey Reed, he took accountability and offered to make the repair. I am happy that we were able to get this issue resolved. I have always been happy with the service provided by the Fred Beans family of dealerships for my day and collectible Chevrolet and Jeep vehicles. This is a great example of how a dealership provides outstanding customer service!
