This was the second time in about 1. 5 years that I went to Ciocca Jeep in Flemington. The first time I went, I test told the sales person I was interested in the Grand Cherokee L. On the 5 years that I went to Ciocca Jeep in Flemington. The first time I went, I test told the sales person I was interested in the Grand Cherokee L. On the test drive they told me they messed up and brought the regular Gran Cherokee. (First mess up.) After the test drive, I told him I didn’t like the vehicle as it was comfortable for me. He the asked if we would be interested in the Wagoneer. I told him that it is more than I wanted to spend, but he insisted there were “amazing lease deals”. I agreed to go over numbers, as long as it didn’t take long. To make a long review longer, the unprofessionalism by the management team was something I’ve never experienced before. The manager Ahmed was walking around the showroom on his cell phone and never once even came up to me to say hi, despite walking behind my chair several times. I was also the only customer at the time. After about an hour of waiting for prices,, I was about to get up and leave. That’s when the salesman got up and went back to the managers area. I heard the manager ask “is your guy serious or no”. The salesman came back with prices more than double what he unofficially quoted me on the lot. Horrible experience. Fast forward to a few weeks ago. I decided to give the dealership a second chance, but this time for a family member. A family member was in need of a new vehicle and saw a used Grand Cherokee L listed for $34,900 on the website and $33,369 on the sticker posted on the window. I was told by the salesperson that there might not be much room to negotiate because the cars newer to the lot. After the test drive, we got the price fairly quick, but it was the exact price listed on the sticker. They showed me the price breakdown and they had the original price listed around $38,500 discounted to $33,369. Even the salesperson was confused at fist and had to get clarity from the manager to make sure the price was correct. So the sticker price was $33,369, the online price is listed as $34,900 but they were trying to manipulate the price by saying I was getting over $5,000 off. No where was $38,500 listed, not even on the market price. I was so angry that I had to get up and walk out again. This dealership is being ran by your stereotypical manipulative car sales. There’s a reason why I’ve been told by a lot of people lately not to go there. I also made sure to let the people I know in the car market to stay far away. I have bought several vehicles from Flemington Car and Truck Country. Unfortunately, when Ciocca took over things seem to have changed for the negative. Never again would I go back to them, which is extremely disappointing considering I have always done business before Ciocca took over. More
