This is about their Ram Jeep dealership but that dealership doesn't show up. Kind of like their customer service. Purchased a truck from them, had an extended warranty. Had serious electrical issues that they couldn't fix so their solution was to sell me a newer truck. Took the extended warranty again. No refund for first one that was used less than a year, have issues while pulling trailers, 4 different ones, they once again can't find the issues despite their technician seeing it occur. So they say it's my trailer, 4 different trailers and I lise lights going down the road including high beams, tail lights, turn signals etc. On the truck and all trailer lights. On all 4 trailers. I need a good attorney at this point because it is a serious safety issue. They refuse to make it right. If you know a good attorney let me know.

I bought a 2021 GMC Sierra back in August 2024. Mike Rush was super helpful and professional. Early in January 2025 I called about a tire pressure issue. It turns out when the dealership rotated the tires, they didn’t reprogram the tire sensors to match. , as they did all the work from day 1 being a lease for 3 years. All the tires and indicators didn’t match up I called to talk to Mike but, he didn’t work there anymore so I talked to whoever answered the phone. That guy wouldn’t give me the time of day, I asked if he could just reprogram the tires since the problem originated there. He said I do t owe you anything! Wow, I guess once they sell you the truck you are dead to them. I went to a tire place and they did that for free. Such an easy fix to make a customer happy and they blew it. I will never buy from them again. I ended the call with if Mike Rush was there he would have helped me. They never even bothered looking up my name, sale, or truck history. I later looked on GMC rewards and saw I get a free tire rotation. He would have known that if he bothered to look. Again they lost a customer over something so easy to fix that was their mistake to begin with. If I knew where Mike worked at I would buy from them next.

Wish I could leave a zero. I found a new car on their website that we have been looking for. Spoke with “Jess” who said it was still available. Scheduled and appointment to look at the vehicle as we had to drive 2 hours to get there. I was told to meet “Nate” when I got there. I called before leaving to verify the vehicle was still there and the exact location. The vehicle was still available. When arriving two hours later, I walked in the store and asked for Nate. Nate wasn’t there. I told the guy that greeted me why I was there and he had no clue what I was talking about. After an hour of searching and phone calls the manager finally had to admit the car was not at that location but another location and was sold. So I’m busy calculating the time(6 Hrs) mileage(214), and expenses($65 at Applebee’s to soothe my wife)I incurred for the incompetence of a unprofessional “Family owned” business.

After being a loyal customer for over 25 years, I'm very disappointed in how they treated me. My family has bought between 12-15 vehicles from them being mostly new. I was going to order a 2023 GMC Yukon SLT off them. After sitting down with them they told me they would not offer my Dads GM employee pricing that they did not have to offer. Since they are in high demand. After calling 4 other dealerships near them. They said they would offer with no mark up. Shame on Jennings for lining their pockets over loyalty. Brought all my vehicles to get serviced. No more! They lost a life long customer.
