Lack after sale customer service. Called multiple times and get thrown into voicemail every time and no ever calls back! I drove 3 hrs out of state to buy from them which makes it extremely hard to go there and speak to someone in person. I’m a few days shy of my temp tag expiring and have not received my title yet. If they can’t help…be nice enough to call me back and tell me, point me in the right! I need the title to register in my home state and will now have a car I can’t drive!

2nd request for service while receiving milage service and inspection. (Purchased at CHarper) Honda CRV 2020 and paint is pealing between door frames and driver side head and tail lights have moisture leak. Service agent stated car out of warranty. Both issues are honda manufacture defect and not a warranty issue. Wonder if CHarper will step up and assist now!

Exceptional service all the way around. I talked to my salesman Dave, for all of about 10 minutes through this whole transaction. I told him what I wanted he said it’s here come on in. I showed up he tossed me the keys and pointed to it. I took it for a drive. Came back and did the paper work and the next day the deal was….almost done. I found a handful of mechanical issues and Adam in service took care of them all. He even sent someone to get the vehicle over in Pennsylvania, fixed it and then brought it back. I could not be happier, first time dealing with them and I will definitely be back!!!
