Jay was excellent! Spent a lot of time with Mike too. Both very helpful. The truck I originally test drove and was interested in was not for me. They both took the time to pull many other vehicles up for me to try out. I ended up settling on a vehicle that I didn't even know was in the inventory, just from chatting with them. Jay made my trade in process super simple (had never gone through it before) and they were able to work with me to fit all my needs on financing. I will be doing my best to refer others to them to find their next vehicles!

Recently had my 3500 ram in your service department for DPF filter issues. Dan Macdonell and Alex Bevacqua did a great job getting the part ordered and follow up was great. Being I am from out of town and was in town for a family emergency it was great to see your service team and parts team perform so well. Bottom line is they went above and beyond to make sure my truck was ready an entire day before it was supposed to be completed. When it comes time for my next Ram I will be back to purchase from a dealer who understands service. Thank you Again Jim

I cannot say enough good things about the service department. They are outstanding, excellent and go above and beyond. My Mazda CX-5 would not come out of park. I am from out of town and needed to get back home for personal reasons. I was able to get an appointment with them in a quick time frame. They took care of me as if I was family to get the parts needed to fix my car in a very short time, which I know is hard to do in this day and age. They kept me informed every step of the way! Hopefully something like this won't happen again, but if it does, I know where I can go for outstanding customer service in servicing my vehicle.
