i have purchased atleast 10 vehicles here but will never buy another one. service is pathetic,most recently had to have my wifes explorer towed in.10 days later im still waiting for them to look at it,also buy another one. service is pathetic,most recently had to have my wifes explorer towed in.10 days later im still waiting for them to look at it,also was told im 9th on waiting list for a loaner,after numerous calls to service during those 10 days with no return call,finally got ahold of somebody only to tell me im still 9th on list for a loaner and nobody has looked at our explorer.
