My first buy at Matthews Kia and probably last only because of this sale manager Mellisson Farilien who was ready to deny the deal over $42.83 but in a very dry, disrespectful, unprofessional, hostile, and very dismissive way. I literally heard this unprofessional dude back biting and making fun of how he treated me. Others were nice especially the General Manager Moody and my sale consultant Jonathan Hover and I had very good experience which at the end got ruined by Mellisson Farilien and lead me to leave this type of rating
