Jarred listened when I explained why I was returning my lease and what type of vehicle I wanted for my new leased vehicle. Jarred made the entire process easy and pleasant. When I picked up the new vehicle, Jarred, very patiently, pointed out what all the new vehicle options did and how to access them. Car in for ECU repair. Took 1 week to look at and another to fix. Left extra parts in trunk and under seat. Left rear seat carpet not seated correctly. Poor communication along the way.
