I spoke with the Service Manger a few times, but his ongoing attention to this matter, including his follow-up explanations when I picked up the car after the service, was above and beyond what I would expect. This was all very much appreciated. After reading through the service invoice in detail the next day, I sent a follow-up thank-you note to express my sincere gratitude. The service is truly a step above the competition!
