SALES VISIT - USED

Bought a Certified Pre-Owned 2024 BMW iX here on 6/13/2026. The windshield had a visible crack in the driver's line of sight. I followed up weekly for two months; they acknowledged the problem and did nothing. In August they kept my car for 16 days, gave me no loaner, and returned it with zero work done. The finance office was just as bad: roughly three hours of pressure that ended with $10,418.50 in add-ons - a $6,940 service contract whose 84-month term started from the car's 2023 in-service date (only about 50 of the 84 months were left when I signed), $2,328.50 tire-and-wheel, and $375 GAP - mostly duplicating coverage the car already had. I've filed complaints with the NY Attorney General and the NYS DMV. If you're considering a 'certified' car here, ask what their inspection actually means. Buy somewhere else. More
