I’m a very picky buyer who spends a lot of time researching and asking countless questions before making any purchase, but the salesperson I dealt with "Rob" was truly outstanding. Rob was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about his work. He took the time to answer every single one of my (many!) questions and requests with honesty and detail, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured.
