Best Experience buying a car ever from start to finish. I went to several dealers and no one was able to get the Lexus Model with color I wanted....Raymond Liang was able to locate a car that met my requirements. I have bought many cars since 1968 and this was the best experience to date. He gave me status updates regarding where the car was in transit....This was the best delivery of a car I have ever had. Raymond contacted me a day or two before the car was going to arrive at the dealership to go over what I needed to bring to take delivery of my car...on the day I toke delivery of the vehicle, Raymond patiently reviewed/helped me to set up all the necessary inputs to the computer screens on the car...he also offered to take the car out to the street as my car is very low to the ground and would scrape against the driveway exit if I didn't exit at a certain angle....Raymond not only made a difference but was the difference in purchasing a Lexis at Lexis of Manhattan....Thank you Raymond.... You are SUPER!!!

Although people always seem to leave bad reviews, my experience was excellent. Bought my car through Driveway.com. There was a dent on the rear wuarter panel snd Robin the sales manager called in the dent guy on his day off. The wait was a fair amount but it was a difficult job and it was fixed expertly. Robin was excellent on all levels, very accomodating and professional. I didnt have any experience with their negotiating or financing tactics but the car price was excellent and was the reason I travelled from Connecticut. I would do business with them again based on my experience.
