He was such a gentleman working with me and understanding exactly what I was looking to accomplish. Anderson is very calm and works in such an efficient way, he knows exactly what to do and to facilitate an amazing vehicle purchasing experience. Mustafa the finance Manager was also wonderful and supported me all through the entire transaction. Great dealership made by great staff.

Recently completed the 20k service on my Atlas. Once again, the service team and technicians performed flawlessly. Kenny estimated 90 minutes to perform the 20k and the few items I requested, and the techs had me out in about 75. Shannon completed my paperwork and had me on my way. Car was clean, service performed as expected, and I was back on the road. HVVW continues to be my go-to establishment for my automotive needs. Thanks to all once again.

We traveled to the area from Maine for Christmas with family. It was quite cold - single diigits or low teens in the morning, Remote start wouldn;t work and I got a low coolant message when I started it when the temp was below 12F Called Romeo and was told to stop by for them to check it and top it off. I didn't have an appointment so we had to wait a little, but they checked it out and topped off the coolant at no charge, Everyone was friendly and helpful, AND they have excellent coffee and snacks. They save me a lot of anxiety, and I am very grateful for the service. Nice to run into a dealer that has old-style values and treats even new (and not lucrative) customers so well, Thank you

This is easily the best dealer I have ever done business with. Extremely happy with my new GTI purchase, and the overall service that Langan VW provides. Bob was extremely easy to work with, and was not pushy at all. Everyone over there is extremely friendly, genuine, and cares about the customer more than a sale, or upsell. Bob personally took an extra hour to go over the car with me after everything was finalized, and even gave me a tour of the vintage cars in their mini-museum. The entire process from the minute I walked in to see the car, to my last signature was extremely simple. Steve was even able to find me financing that was lower than my bank's seemingly unbeatable rate. I will definitely be sticking with Langan for future vehicle purchases, and strongly recommend them to anyone who is in the hunt for a new car.

I purchased a 2011 VW GTI and along with it a $599 "Vehicle Tire and Wheel Guarantee". The former business manager (now Ryan Agosti) pulled out a photo of a damaged wheel and recommended this covered. He ensured by that any damage to the wheels would be covered under this agreement. A year later I attempted to fix minor scrapes on the wheels at New Country and was told that the stock wheels on my vehicle were not covered based on the way they are manufactured. I contacted Ryan Agosti and explained everything. She claimed to have checked with her boss, Tom Coppinger who said there would be no refund whatsoever. The only reason this was purchased would be to cover the wheels- based on the guidance of the dealership themselves.
