I currently own 2 vehicles and one that was recently traded in that were all purchased from Dan Perkins Subaru and was in part deeply involved in the purchase of two more for an immediate family member. I can't give enough praise to the service group which is the reason I keep coming back to this dealership, they all are extremely pleasant, listen intently and work extremely hard to keep me as a happy customer. It was easy to make an appointment. The staff are very friendly and communicate well. Their take-in and waiting areas are very clean and comfortable. Coffee, water, fruit and snacks were available for waiting clients. Diagnostic inspection were video recorded for client review prior to speaking with a service rep. It's a smart use of modern technology. My aoto repairs were completed in the same day. I highly recommend White Plains Subaru for their excellent service. They clearly take pride in their customer service.

I was able to get in touch with the BDC department. (My wife is a teacher so she barely gets time to do) I was delighted by the amount of information I could get from them just with one call. The gentleman I spoke on the phone his name is Kyle. He truly went above and beyond to get my wife everything she needed. Very professional and respectful. Able to accommodate my wife's schedule and mine to get an appointment. However, once we went to the store, we were not able to meet him in person because the salesperson told us that he just works in the BDC department. We wanted to thank him directly. Hope he also got the tip we left for him. Otherwise, thank you Bill for going over the many features of car we were looking to buy. Highly recommend Bill when purchasing a Subaru. I did not have to wait for someone to be ready to meet with me. We got straight to business, as I knew what car I wanted to test drive. We took the car out on as many roads as I wanted to until I felt comfortable driving the car. We went on small roads, parking lots and highway so that I got experiencing changing gears as I was test driving a car with a 6 speed manual transmission and I was accustomed to a 5 speed. A couple days after bringing the car home I could not figure out how to open the back hatch. I called my salesman on his cell and he called me back within a couple minutes and was able to walk me through the process and texted me pictures to help me find the release button. He told me to feel free to come in and he would spend time with me to find out more about my car if I needed it.
