Have you ever been to a dealership that would rather have you happy as a satisfied customer than make a sale? Me either… until today. I walked in on a whim, was immediately helped by Abbey. A few days later I drove off the lot with my brand new car! I had originally chosen a Select in a darker color, but was talking with family about features on the next trim style up in a completely different color that I thought was only reserved for turbo models. Even the select trim style has features that are considered premium+ with other vehicle makes. Before I had gone to the dealer, I had “done my research,” but Abbey taught me so much more! She was very patient with me while we looked at different vehicles on the lot and virtually. When I changed my mind for an upgraded trim package, she knew all the differences that it offered. Modern Mazda is not pushy like other non Mazda dealers I’ve encountered. Even after the sale, Abbey showed me all of features my model included from specialty lights and wipers, down to adding my favorite stations and seating control memory. Even while in the waiting area for sales or service, people are checked in on and are updated every step of the way. Thank you Modern Mazda and thank you Abbey for my beautiful new I was invited back should I have any questions on the or need a refresher on features, I believe they truly meant that.
